DESCRIPCTION
A Rockwool panel is a type of insulated sandwich panel featuring Rockwool (mineral wool) as its core material, enclosed between two layers of high-quality metal sheets. Renowned for its fire resistance, thermal insulation, and soundproofing capabilities, Rockwool panels are an ideal construction materials or building materials.
Rockwool panels are suitable for use as both wall and ceiling panels in various types of buildings. They provide excellent fire resistance, thermal insulation, and soundproofing, making them ideal for cleanrooms, factories, cold storage facilities, and commercial buildings.

BRD’s Rockwool Panel, also known as Rockwool Sandwich Panel or Mineral Wool Panel, is a high-performance building material designed for wall and ceiling applications. It features a Rockwool or Mineral Wool core with a density of 100–120 kg/m³, offering excellent fire resistance, thermal insulation, and acoustic performance. The panel has a standard width of 1 meter and is available in lengths ranging from 2 to 12 meters.
The outer layer can be customized with various finishes such as PPGI (Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron), stainless steel, galvanized steel, or printed steel panels. Steel sheet thickness options range from 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm, ensuring strength and durability. The panel’s thermal conductivity is 0.043 W/mK, and it provides acoustic insulation up to 27 dB, making it ideal for environments requiring fire safety and sound control.
Key advantages include superior fire resistance, energy-efficient thermal insulation, soundproofing, moisture resistance, and easy installation. BRD Rockwool Panels are certified with Class 0 Bomba, Class 0 SIRIM, BS 476: Part 22, BS 8414 (50 mm thickness) and BS 8414 (100 mm thickness) standards, ensuring compliance with stringent safety and performance requirements.
