PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A Cold Room system is a temperature-controlled storage solution designed to preserve perishable goods such as food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. It maintains consistent low temperatures using insulated panels or sandwich panel, refrigeration units, and digital monitoring systems.
The system is built using high-performance insulated sandwich panels with thicknesses ranging from 50mm to 200mm, offering excellent thermal efficiency and structural integrity. The core materials used in these panels include PU (Polyurethane) and PIR (Polyisocyanurate) each selected based on insulation and application needs.

BRD Malaysia’s Cold Storage system offers a excellent thermal conductivity (0.022 W/m·K) and acoustic insulation (30 dB). Core materials include PU and PIR combined with outer layers like PPGI / Pre-Painted Galvanized sheet, aluminum, or stainless steel. Panels are 1 meter wide, with lengths from 2 to 12 meters, and use a Camlock joint system for fast, airtight installation. Designed for temperatures from -50°C to +20°C, this coldroom system ensures efficiency, hygiene, and durability in cold chain logistics and storage.
