Founded in 2001, we are a multinational corporation with a listed holding in China and subsidiaries in Japan, Malaysia, and Indonesia. We take pride in our global leadership in eco-friendly and energy-saving building systems. With our advanced production bases in China and Malaysia, we manufacture a wide range of building materials, including sandwich panels, cold room systems, clean room systems, garage doors, industrial doors, and aluminum composite panels.

In 2020, we expanded our footprint into Malaysia, establishing our first factory in Klang, Selangor. This strategic move allows us to cater to the diverse needs of clients in Southeast Asia, offering them sustainable and energy-efficient solutions. The year 2023 marks another milestone in our growth. Firstly, we established our headquarters as a business center in Kuala Lumpur, further cementing our presence in the region. Secondly, we have acquired the capabilities for project tendering and industrial building construction. This vertical integration allows us to offer end-to-end solutions, from supply of our own building materials to construction.

  • SALES MANAGER



    Key Responsibilities:  
     

    • * Managing the sales process for customers from quotation through negotiation to closing profitable sales deals
    • * Building and maintaining effective relationships and growth with new and existing customers and stakeholders which create value and build transformational long-term partnerships
    • * Maintain existing customer base and grow profitable growth with new and existing customers
    • * Continually seeking and developing opportunities for the introduction of new products and services to customers
    • * Coordinating with technical team to ensure superior product performance for customers
    • * Sharing customer and market insights with relevant teams to better understand market requirements and improve Semperit offering
    • * Carrying out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed
    • * Timely and thoroughly planning sales calls/visits in advance and documenting all customer activity in Salesforce.com as per business guidelines
    • * Promote Semperit brand and help building recognition while always maintaining Semperit’s values
    • *  Assist with customer events (fairs, exhibitions, trainings, etc.)
    • *Travel is required and an integral part of this job


    Educational Background/ Professional Knowledge and Experience / Other skills:
     

    • * Degree in Business with technical aptitude or Engineering with business aptitude
    • *  5 years or equivalent sales experience, aggregates, material handling
    • * Ability to handle Key Accounts, End customers and Distributors                                  
    • * Fluent in French and English. Portuguese, Spanish or Italian would be a plus 
  • IT Workplace Manager (f/m/x)



    What to expect:
     

    • 1.Global responsibility over IT Workplace and collaboration in defining the workplace strategy and roadmap
    • 2.Maintenance of workplace hardware and software architecture standards
    • 3.Security and functional updates deployments
    • 4.Responsibility for Workspace Lifecycle
    • 5.Operational management of external suppliers and outsourcers
    • 6.Active collaboration with 1st level support and local IT colleagues
    • 7.Direct contact with end-users and incident management for 2nd and 3rd level IT workplace requests
    • 8.Involvement in company and IT projects



    What we expect:
     

    • - HTL, FH, university with IT specialization
    • - 5 years of experience within IT Operations
    • - Special knowledge in Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, and GPOs
    • - Experience with Microsoft 365, Office 365; Microsoft Win 10, 11, knowledge of older OS an advantage
    • - Apple iOS, Apple Business Manager and Powershell & scripting
    • - Good English language skills
    • - High Service and Process Orientation
    • - Teamplayer with strong communication skills on all levels
    • - Dynamic personality with structured work style

    Job Responsibilities
    1.Complete technical design and development under the leadership of the technical architect, and code implementation of the design;.
    2.Analyse and solve problems during software development;.
    3.Responsible for the bug fixing and optimisation of the development.

    Position Requirements
    1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer, software, communication and other related majors, 211&985 is preferred;.
    2.Familiar with SpringBoot, SpringMVC, Mybatis, Spring Cloud and other common framework development methodology, have and master high concurrency processing experience;.
    3.Proficient in the use of Maven, Git and other project management tools.
    4.Familiar with MySQL, have good database design ability and sql writing ability.
    5.Familiar with common memory databases and have project development experience, redis or memcached;.
    6.Familiar with message queuing middleware, have the use of kafka, rabbitmg and other message middleware development experience is good to have strong learning ability and problem solving ability, have strong coordination, communication skills and team spirit;.
