In April of this year, BRD received a call from the Panasonic factory. They requested that BRD provide insulated panels suitable for sound and thermal insulation. BRD's sales team subsequently visited the Panasonic factory and held a detailed discussion with the relevant contact.
During the visit, the BRD team gained a comprehensive understanding of the needs and challenges of the Panasonic factory. The factory requires a highly demanding production environment with effective sound insulation to ensure a quiet working environment and excellent thermal insulation to stabilise the room temperature and reduce energy consumption.
Following a discussion, BRD proposed our high-performance Rockwool insulation boards to Panasonic. Rockwool insulation boards are renowned for their exceptional thermal performance, which markedly reduces energy consumption and maintains a consistent room temperature. Furthermore, they are highly fire resistant and can withstand temperatures in excess of 1000°C, providing an important safety feature for the factory. Furthermore, Rockwool insulated panels offer an excellent sound absorption effect, effectively reducing noise pollution and creating a quieter and more comfortable working environment.
