BRD Malaysia is proud to be the key supplier of Polyurethane (PU)Sealing Rockwool sandwich panels for the ongoing Antmed Malaysia project, located in Johor, Malaysia. Antmed, a leading global manufacturer of medical devices and high-pressure syringes, is developing a new high-standard production facility to strengthen its presence in Southeast Asia.
This modern facility is designed to meet strict requirements for cleanliness, thermal efficiency, and fire protection—making BRD’s Polyurethane (PU)Sealing Rockwool sandwich panels the ideal solution. These panels offer outstanding thermal insulation, Class A fire resistance, and high airtightness, all of which are essential in medical and cleanroom environments.
In just a few months, BRD Malaysia has already completed over 70% of the installation work, which includes the full steel structure, metal decking, and sandwich panel system. Our construction team has worked efficiently and professionally to meet the project’s demanding timeline.
One of the key strengths of BRD’s panel system is its flexible installation method. Depending on the architectural and functional needs, our panels can be installed either vertically or horizontally, following the customer’s drawings and layout preferences. This adaptability allows us to support a wide range of industrial, commercial, and cleanroom applications.
All panels used in the project are manufactured locally at BRD’s Malaysia factory, ensuring stable supply, reduced lead time, and cost efficiency. We are committed to delivering quality products and services that meet international standards.
