BRD supplied 1500 square meter cleanroom panels that successfully created a Class 100,000 cleanroom environment. The panels are anti-shedding and anti-static, with smooth, non-porous surfaces and an airtight interlocking design that effectively prevents particles and contaminants from entering the cleanroom. In order to optimise performance and cost, BRD recommends that customers use 50mm thick panels for both thermal insulation and energy efficiency.
