Recently, the Henan Chamber of Commerce and Fellowship Association in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was officially inaugurated in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. Huang Zhiqiang, Chairman of Baorunda New Material Co., Ltd. , was elected as the Honorary President of the Chamber.
The Henan Chamber of Commerce and Fellowship Association in Saudi Arabia is a prominent organization for overseas Chinese and compatriots, playing a significant role in fostering economic and cultural exchanges between China and Saudi Arabia. Its members include Henan-born entrepreneurs, businesspeople, scholars, and students living in Saudi Arabia.
During the inauguration ceremony, organizations from over 40 countries, including the Malaysia Henan Business Association, the Henan Provincial Communist Youth League Working Committee in Jiangsu, the Beijing Luoyang Enterprise Chamber of Commerce, the Zhengzhou Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, the Russian Chinese Entrepreneurs General Chamber of Commerce, the Russian Chinese Culture and Sports Promotion Association, the Tanzania Henan Chamber of Commerce, the Serbian Rui’an Fellowship Association, and the Spanish Jiangxi Chamber of Commerce General Association, sent their warm congratulations.
In recent years, more Henan-based businesses and individuals have been engaging in economic, trade, and residency activities in Saudi Arabia. The establishment of the Henan Chamber of Commerce and Fellowship Association will better unite Henan entrepreneurs and compatriots in Saudi Arabia, becoming a vital bridge and link for exchange and cooperation between Henan and Saudi Arabia in various fields.
Huang Zhiqiang stated that his election not only affirms his personal and corporate progress in Middle Eastern business but also marks a significant milestone for Baorunda’s development in the region.
“This also creates a bridge and link for Henan-Saudi cooperation in diverse fields, contributing significantly to trade collaboration and cultural exchange between the two countries,” said Huang.
In recent years, Baorunda has focused on the international demand for green new materials, actively expanding overseas markets, including building a smart manufacturing factory in Malaysia. Its products have achieved full coverage in all 34 provincial-level administrative regions in China and are exported to over 80 countries and regions worldwide.
In the first three quarters of 2024, Baorunda achieved record-breaking foreign trade export performance, with total export revenue of RMB 1.7 billion. The main export destinations include Malaysia, the Middle East, the United States, Japan, Singapore, and Thailand. Global export revenue increased by 10.3% year-on-year, with key products including polyurethane panels, coldroom equipment, metal carved panels and external wall.
