BRD New Materials proudly supplied sandwich panels, 50mm PU Sealing Rock Wool Sandwich Panel for the construction of Alton Intelligent Factory, covering roof, both external and internal walls. Our panels provided excellent thermal insulation, fire resistance, and structural strength, ensuring a safe and energy-efficient building.
For this project, BRD also delivered custom-designed panels for curved walls, allowing the factory’s unique architectural design to be realized exactly as planned. In addition, sandwich roof panels were supplied to complete the building envelope.
The project covered an impressive 190,000 m² and was completed within a few months. Today, the factory is fully operational and has received multiple commendations from the customer for both quality and design execution.
