Our salesperson, Mr. Y, recently conducted a site visit at Puchong to meet with a customer who was planning to build a warehouse. The main purpose of this visit was to understand the customer’s requirements, evaluate the project conditions, and provide a suitable solution for the building. During the discussion, the customer shared specific requests regarding insulation performance, durability, and long-term energy efficiency. After carefully reviewing these needs, our team recommended using PU Sealing Glass Wool Sandwich Panels for the warehouse construction.
These sandwich panels are highly effective in thermal insulation, fire resistance, and sound absorption, making them an ideal choice for industrial warehouses and commercial buildings. The panels were manufactured in our Klang factory and delivered directly to the project site, ensuring efficient logistics and reliable supply. With our professional installation team, the project was successfully completed within just two months, covering both supply and installation services.
At BRD New Materials, we are committed to providing high-quality sandwich panels and comprehensive project support, from consultation and site visits to delivery and installation. This project once again demonstrates our capability to offer cost-effective, durable, and energy-saving building materials for warehouse construction in Malaysia.
This is not the first warehouse project where we recommended PU Sealing Glass Wool Sandwich Panels. Click here to view more project references.
Product Description
Glass wool is a lightweight insulation material made using a unique centrifugal process. In this process, molten glass is spun into fine fibers—each only a few microns in diameter—and then bonded together with an eco-friendly resin. The result is an elastic and durable fiberglass product with many tiny air spaces inside.
Because of its structure, glass wool has excellent thermal insulation, sound absorption, and noise reduction properties. It also provides reliable fire protection and improves building safety. This makes glass wool one of the best materials for heat preservation, energy saving, and soundproofing in modern construction projects.
1) Heat insulation
